One thing you should keep in mind when trying to lose weight through exercise alone is that muscle weighs more than fat.  This means that as you build muscle through the exercise you’re doing (and no ladies, that doesn’t mean you’re going to look like a bodybuilder), you won’t see as great a drop on the scale.  You’ll be losing fat, but gaining muscle.  So you’ll see more of a difference in inch loss and how your clothes fit than what the scale shows you.
